This defies logic.

Authorities say a 37-year-old Los Angeles man has been arrested on suspicion of murder for the death of an unborn child believed to be his.

Police say the arrest came after an investigation on Monday revealed "suspicious circumstances of a miscarriage." Investigators estimate the fetus was in its 13th week.

Police released no information on the mother or the circumstances of the child's death.

So let me get this straight. If a woman takes her child to an abortion clinic to have it killed, that's not murder. If a man causes a miscarriage, he is charged with murder. Can people really not see the disconnect?

Murder is murder whether commited by a doctor in the sterilized confines of an abortion clinic or by a 37-year-old  man in Los Angeles who caused a miscarriage. When will people finally wake up to the fallacy of abortion?
