Obama Advisor: We're Just Speaking Truth to Power

Valerie Jarrett, senior advisor to President Obama, appeared on CNN and has some comments about the feud between the White House and FOX News. See Hot Air.

When Campbell Brown flat out asks Jarrett if she believes FOX news is biased, Jarrett says "well of course they're biased, of course they are." Jarrett also makes the claim that the White House is calling out all the news organizations. I suppose that's why they keep beating the FOX news drum. When Brown points out that the only news organization the White House has spoken out about is FOX News, Jarrett says that the administration has decided that they're " . . . going to speak truth to power." Allahpundit at Hot Air calls this quote the "ultimate expression of self-righteous victimhood . . ." and he is exactly right.

I cannot understand why notable persons who claim to be representatives of the DNC continue to stand on views that make it plain they do not support this nation and what it stands for. These patterns of thinking... arguing that hot is really cold or up is really down... that have hijacked the DNC and turned it into 'Destructive National Corruption'. More alarming is that people who make up this constituency now staff the highest positions within our government and are maneuvering every one and every way they can to gain more power and visibility. I can make a difference here! YOU can make a difference here! WE can turn this mess around for the future of everyone who enjoys the freedoms bestowed on us in this great country! VOTE VOTE VOTE! Fox News is the only media outlet that is actually telling the truth. All the others candy coat a story or rather Obama-coat their stories. It's time we the people get him out of office! J

Apparently the "TRUTH" hurts, so the President and his aides try to use their power to fight Fox News and say it's "biased", there the ones that are biased. Truth will always prevail.

My concern is how we are losing our freedoms in such a short time. At what point will churches and Christians no longer be allowed to worship publicly? There is a lot of difference in being able to speak well and being able to speak the truth.

I really hate what Obama is and has done to this country, he is destroying America and nobody is doing anything to stop him and his goons. He doesn't like Fox News because they are the only ones that are telling the truth and have exposed them for what they are-communist. I'm afraid that our country will never be the same pretty soon we won't have freedom to worship either. He want's to be a dictator and he won't stop until he is. Jesus said that in the last days that it would be like Sodom and Gomorrah and like the days of Noah when men's hearts were only evil. The people of this country need to vote these liberal democrats out and stop letting them have power. Our country is in serious trouble, we need to really pray hard that God forgives this country and helps us again.

It's very illustrative of the blatant direction this administration is taking this country. We as a society are responsible for this debacle by our very willingly-ignorant uninvolvement and uninformed lifestyles. Are we going to finally wake up and be counted.....before it's too late? When is the White House and Valerie Jarrett, along with all the other radical revolutionaries going to get it?!!!! We live in the United States of America and the only place we are getting the truth from is "Fox News."!!! I love this country just the way it is, with our freedoms intact. Obama would literally get away with anything he wanted to if not for Fox News informing Americans about his undercover agenda. Journalism is dead at other networks. Obama's people admit that they get the networks to report what Obama wants the way he wants it. State run media is what this is called in communist countries and dictatorships. God help us!

Americans are in trouble. Obama's administration wants to suppress freedom of speech and when "they" realize there are still thinking Americans who question their "agenda", attacks are mounted. CNN stands for censored news network. Why is the White House so worried about Fox News. Fox is not biased. They tell the news as it should be told, the TRUTH. That's what Washington is so worried about. CNN tells the news like they are TOLD to tell it. Is Washington going to take "OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH" away next. If someone doesn't want to hear the truth, DON'T WATCH FOX. Fox is not scaring seniors to death, Washington is.

Narcissism at it's best. This administration is so caught up in it's tunnel vision. They say how they want to have 'conversations' and discuss different approaches. Untrue. They are only interested in their ideas and continue to refuse real discussion about what's BEST for the country. This administration wants to push want a tiny sliver of the country wants - and disregard what the overwhelming majority of Americans want for their country. Obama wants to sweep away all that our country was founded on. Well, the majority of Americans want to retain the foundation and morals we were built upon. This is not Europe. This is America! And Americans will not allow this administration to strip away all that America is and stands for.

I find it interesting that Pres. Obama is so fearful of Fox News. Since when has this nation censored any news organization? Where is the "right to freedom of speech"? These are the very freedoms we have entrusted him with. We should all be very afraid - I fear the worst is yet to come.

Jarrett and the rest of the Obama administration don't know the meaning of the word TRUTH! They lie, misdirect, quote out of context and deceive to advance their radical agendas. Everything they do is about control and silencing any opposition. The number of these Obamanites that praise Castro and quote and admire Mao is disgraceful. Our founding fathers would have executed these traitors. With this Congress and the Obama administration, we are very poor stewards of the freedoms which were purchased and kept at such great costs. Jarrett is just another Chicago politics radical that cannot be trusted.
