If you were still waiting for proof that the Democrats are into fascism, you now have all the evidence you will ever need. President Obama and Speaker Pelosi will send you to jail if you don't buy their insurance.

Yes, you read that exactly right.

The cheapest family policy under the Pelosi plan will cost $15,000 a year. Don't pay it, do not pass "Go," go directly to jail for up to five years.

If an American doesn't maintain "acceptable health insurance coverage" (which Congress has no constitutional authority to demand in the first place), and some bureaucrat "determines that the taxpayer's unpaid tax liability results from willful behavior," he can be fined up to $250,000 and face imprisonment of up to five years.

This is so staggeringly stupid that it beggars belief.

Where are they going to find enough prosecutors and jail space for the millions of Americans who will just  tell them to stick it? We will have convert football stadiums into giant holding tanks, like they did in "The Siege," for felonious tax resisters.

There is simply no possible way that Americans are going to endure this. If you think the Crown had something worry about when they stuck a 3 cents per pound tax on tea in 1773, just wait until Americans wake up and realize what the Democrats have done to them. This is just unbelievable. If they try to pull this off, there will be riots in the streets at a minimum, and violence at worst.

If you had told the Democrats, "Go away, and don't come back until you have designed a bill that will alienate you from the maximum number of Americans and will consign you to permanent minority status," this is the bill they would have come up with.

Unbelievable.
