Woman in Coma After Abortion Receives Settlement
Date:  12/14/2009 1:12:27 PM

In case you were unaware, LiveAction.Org released a video a short while ago detailing some blatant informed consent laws during a hidden camera operation inside of a Planned Parenthood. You can see that video here: http://action.afa.net/Blogs/BlogPost.aspx?id=2147490160.

Now one of the main points in the video was the doctor who performs abortions telling the woman that abortion is much safer than actually giving birth, and misleads the woman on abortion deaths versus deaths during delivery.

Now, from LifeNews.com we get this story, "Woman Comatose Month After Botched Abortion Gets $1.9 Million Settlement".

In NJ, an abortion business has settled a $1.9 million lawsuit out of court by "a woman who was comatose for one month following a botched abortion." So much for being safer eh doc?

"Newark resident Rasheedah Dinkins had an abortion in January 2007 at the Metropolitan Medical Associates abortion business", and following the procedure "became severely ill following the abortion and was transferred to Newark Beth Israel Medical Center where she needed blood transfusions and had her uterus removed."

Oh yeah, real safe.

"She also suffered a stroke due to the serious blood loss and had one of her lungs collapse."

Are you seeing how this legal procedure is safe yet?

"Dinkins said her mother and hospital officials told her she DIED EN ROUTE to the medical facility from the abortion center, but medical personnel were able to revive her."

Why would this safe procedure cause this? Hmmm...lets keep reading.

"The Department of Health and Senior Services investigated the abortion facility and found dirty forceps, rusty crochet hooks used to removed IUDs, and a quarter-inch of dirt and debris under an examining table."

Do we have to go any further? When it  comes down to it, the marks that this abortion clinic gets are closer to a sweat shop than any type of medical facility, and sweat shops are illegal.
